The File menu offers the following commands:

| Save As HTML | Save book information as HTML. |
| Save As XML | Save book information as XML. |
| Page Setup | Change printing settings (headers and footers etc.). |
| Print Preview | Preview how the book information will print. |
| Print book information. | |
| Exit | Exit eLibPro. |
